Road-inspired riding with guided visual cues
The Horizon Fitness GR7 brings road-inspired riding geometry into an indoor cycle. Adjustable contact points, magnetic resistance and dual-sided pedals help you build a home setup that feels familiar if you also ride outdoors.
Performance & riding feel
The saddle and handlebars both adjust vertically and horizontally, allowing you to tune reach and leg extension. Magnetic resistance changes the pedalling demand, while the dual-sided pedals accept SPD shoes or regular trainers held by toe cages and straps.
Console & connected features
This configuration includes the IDC console for ride feedback. A Bluetooth cadence sensor supports compatible connected training, and Glow Ride lighting provides visual cues for different workout phases rather than requiring you to follow a large entertainment screen.
Everyday comfort & practicality
Front transport wheels make it easier to move the bike between its training and storage positions. The studio-cycle layout suits seated efforts and more active riding positions, provided the saddle, handlebars and pedals have been adjusted to the rider.
Build a repeatable cycling routine
Set the riding position before increasing the effort. A timed session with a comfortable cadence gives you a useful baseline; planned changes of resistance add variety without needing to chase maximum intensity. Adjust the seat so the knee retains a slight bend at the longest part of the pedal stroke.

Choosing your setup
Allow room to mount the bike and to adjust its contact points. Check the listed user capacity and adjustment range against the rider, then level the machine on a suitable indoor surface. Console calories and pulse readings are estimates; any optional apps, screens or sensors need to match the bike and the intended training service.
