A substantial upright bike with programmable resistance
The Lifespan Fitness EXC-100 combines a substantial upright frame with magnetic resistance and built-in programs. Its 180 kg maximum user rating, adjustable saddle and detailed LCD feedback provide a practical foundation for repeated cycling sessions.
Performance & riding feel
Thirty-two magnetic resistance levels work with a 7 kg flywheel and belt drive. A three-piece crank and strapped pedals support the pedalling setup, with fixed ergonomic handlebars offering a stable place to position the hands.
Console & connected features
Twelve built-in programs let you vary the structure of the workout. The LCD presents time, speed, cadence, distance, estimated calories, watts and pulse, with hand sensors for pulse feedback. Bluetooth Fitlink compatibility supports compatible connected training.
Everyday comfort & practicality
The saddle adjusts to a listed 59-87 cm seat-to-crank range. A device holder, bottle holder and AUX audio input support everyday use, while wheels and floor levellers help position the 49 kg machine on a suitable indoor surface.
Build a repeatable cycling routine
Set the riding position before increasing the effort. A timed session with a comfortable cadence gives you a useful baseline; planned changes of resistance add variety without needing to chase maximum intensity. Adjust the seat so the knee retains a slight bend at the longest part of the pedal stroke.

Choosing your setup
Allow room to mount the bike and to adjust its contact points. Check the listed user capacity and adjustment range against the rider, then level the machine on a suitable indoor surface. Console calories and pulse readings are estimates; any optional apps, screens or sensors need to match the bike and the intended training service.
