A relaxed way to make cycling part of your day

The Aventon Pace 4 is a step-through cruiser built around a comfortable, upright riding position. It combines a rear-hub motor with a removable 733 Wh battery, suspension at the saddle and connected controls. The result is a bike aimed at everyday outings, local errands and leisure rides where an easy riding position matters more than a stretched-out sporting stance.

Assistance that follows your pedalling

A torque sensor measures your input at the pedals, so the assistance can respond as you push rather than simply switching on at a fixed level. The Australian configuration uses a 250 W rear-hub motor. Eight mechanical gears let you change cadence independently of the assistance setting when the route or your effort changes.

Comfort at the contact points

The rigid aluminium fork keeps the front end straightforward, while a 50 mm suspension seatpost helps soften bumps reaching the saddle. An upright frame layout, comfort saddle and ergonomic grips work together for relaxed riding. The 27.5-inch wheels carry broad, puncture-resistant tyres rather than narrow road-racing rubber.

Battery and controls

The battery is housed inside the frame but can be removed for charging. The handlebar display shows speed, charge, distance and assistance information, keeping routine checks in one place. Its listed charging time is approximate: the starting charge, battery temperature and charger conditions all influence how long a recharge takes.

Connected riding and daily equipment

The Aventon Control Unit adds GPS and 4G-connected functions to the riding experience. Those services depend on app setup, mobile coverage and the service plan. Hydraulic disc brakes, integrated lighting and an included kickstand cover useful everyday needs; mudguards are listed separately and are not included in this configuration.

Choosing your setup

Choose the frame size around your reach and preferred riding position, rather than saddle height alone. This page refers to the Australian configuration. Connected functions may require a subscription after any introductory service period; a rear carrier and mudguards should be checked separately if you plan to carry luggage.
