A well-equipped trekking bike with torque-sensing support
The NCM T7s combines a step-through aluminium frame with a large 912 Wh removable battery and torque-sensing pedal assistance. It is aimed at regular journeys and longer leisure routes where battery capacity, comfortable contact points and practical controls matter. Hydraulic disc brakes, eight-speed gearing and a suspension fork give the bike a more complete trekking specification than a basic city model.
A battery built around longer outings
The 48 V, 19 Ah Das-Kit battery is the largest-capacity element of this setup. It includes TAG tracking technology and can be removed from the frame for charging. Actual distance varies with elevation, load and support level, so the extra capacity is best understood as stored energy rather than a fixed number of kilometres for every rider.
Assistance with useful ride information
A torque sensor links motor support to your pedal input, and the 250 W X15 rear motor supplies the assistance. The C8 display has a USB connection and provides the system interface. Tracking functions depend on the associated technology and service arrangements, while the conventional gears remain available to help you manage pedalling cadence.
Comfort-focused suspension and contact points
The RST Angel-TNL fork has a hydraulic lock system, allowing the front suspension setup to be adjusted for the route. A Selle Royal Lookin saddle and Promax stem complement the step-through frame. Tyre dimensions vary with the 26- or 28-inch wheel version; the final wheel and frame combination should be checked when selecting your fit.
Braking and transmission detail
Das-Kit hydraulic disc brakes use 180 mm rotors at both ends. The eight-speed transmission combines Shimano Altus shifting with an Acera derailleur and an 11-32T freewheel. A 46T crank and KMC chain complete the drive, while the listed 70 lux front light supports visibility on regular journeys.
