Dual electric drive and two removable batteries
The Ridstar Q20 Pro pairs front and rear electric motors with two removable batteries in a moped-style frame. Wide 20-inch tyres, suspension at both ends and hydraulic disc brakes distinguish this dual-drive configuration.
Two motors and dual batteries
The listed configuration uses a 1000 W motor at each wheel and two 52 V / 20 Ah batteries. Together the packs provide a nominal 2080 Wh of stored energy. Dual-drive operation changes how the bike delivers assistance, so the rider should become familiar with the controls at low effort before a longer outing.
Wide tyres and suspension
The 20 x 4-inch tyre format combines with a suspension fork and rear shock. Tyre pressure, total load and suspension setup all contribute to the riding feel. Wide tyres provide a substantial contact profile, while the two suspension units add movement between the wheels and the main frame.
Mechanical gears and hydraulic brakes
A seven-speed Shimano drivetrain supplies different pedalling ratios alongside the electric system. Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes are specified for this version. The electric drive does not remove the need for a suitable gear, well-adjusted brakes or a careful check of the wheel attachments and drivetrain before riding.
Connected to the ride, without a phone
A colour LCD presents battery, speed and distance information on the handlebars. Lighting and mudguards support the listed equipment package, while the long saddle gives the bike its recognisable silhouette. The battery system consists of two separate packs; replacements and chargers must match the voltage and connections of the supplied configuration.

Choosing your setup
Allow for the weight of the frame and both batteries when planning storage. Check the actual supplied configuration and documentation before ordering. This high-output version is not represented as an Australian road-approved pedelec, and passenger suitability must not be inferred from the length of the seat.
